Return and Refund Policy

We take great pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made acrylic event pieces and personalized photo display experiences. Due to the nature of our handcrafted and customized products, please review our refund and return policy below:


Custom Acrylic and Vinyl Products (Name Tags, Table Numbers, Signs, etc.)

All Sales Are Final
Because each item is custom-designed to match your event’s specific details (names, dates, colors, fonts, etc.), we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these products once production has begun.

Order Approval
Before production, you will receive confirmation of your custom design. Please review this carefully. Once you approve the design, we begin production and cannot make further changes.

Damage or Error?
We want you to love your order. If your items arrive damaged or contain a production error (e.g., incorrect spelling or design not matching the approved proof), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us with:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or a partial refund if the issue is confirmed.


Photo Booth Rentals

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before your event will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled event are non-refundable due to the preparation, customization, and booking of equipment.

Custom Display Panels
Display panel designs (used for branding/artwork) are non-refundable once approved and printed. Revisions may be possible prior to print, so please review your proof carefully.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your event, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability. Please contact us as early as possible.


General Notes

  • Shipping delays due to carriers are out of our control, but we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
